587 - incorrect RMB new folder dialog text

when creating new folder via RMB dialog displays "New File":

I can't see the menu you showed. There's no "New" in my menu's.

I use Windows XP Sp3...

It's in the context menu (RMB=Right Mouse Button)

You have to right click on the empty space.
