i dunno if someone reported this already, double click removes item but no change is applied:

Confirmed, but only if removing ALL items, if removing just few items, it works good.

Confirmed, as inglorious described. Double-click on any command item removes it for that session (not permanently), whether one or many items. Close and reopen the dialog to restore the list to its previous state. Win7-64.
