FC and FoxitReader : move command

* working on .pdf files
* one or more .pdf opened with the "internal viewer" (button on midden bar)
*** impossible to close any window(s) of the viewer
* no difference if the program Foxit Reader is opened or closed during the running of FC
*** impossible to move a selectionned file if it is already opened with the internal viewer
*** error message : impossible to move ........... because the file is opened in Foxit Reader .............. (no possibility to join here a print screen)
* but possible to copy it
* obligation to close FC

of course if any file is opened in any program (even in read-only mode) it could not be moved anywhere

but could be copied anywhere

This is perfectly normal behavior of ANY program
