installing 601 (over 591) gives "newer file already exists"

While trying to install 601 over existing 591, :

it gives messages

- c:\program files\freecommander xe\ijl15.dll existing file is newer than the one setup is trying to install.

- c:\program files\freecommander xe\lng\Finnish.dll existing file is newer than the one setup is trying to install.

- same message for serbian,

I retained existing newer files. Hope it will not hinder anything.

Acknowledge the same problem during my install over the earlier public preview revision. I presume that it should be okay.

It is daylight-saving time problem.
The files was not changed in the release 601.

could you please elaborate. Do you mean the 3 files' contents are essentially same, it is just the time stamp got changed due to that?

India doesn't use daylight-saving time system.
