601 Create new folder from context menu under Win7

Under Windows 7, when I right-click an empty area of the Details view, then select 'New'->'New Folder' in the context menu, the 'New file: Folder' dialog pops up to prompt for the new folder name, but when I fill it out and click OK, the new folder doesn't appear at all.

This is no doubt due Win7 security restrictions: when I create a new folder with F7 or the 'Folder'->'New' command in the menu, Windows asks for admin permission to proceed. That dialog is somehow not triggered when using the context menu method described above.

(Otherwise I love FCXE and would like to use it as a full-fledged replacement for Windows Explorer, mainly thanks to the Folder Size display - which I have activated as my default setting with no ill effects.)
