I realized this bug was posted in false board. It applies to FreeCommander XE (beta) and not "regular" FreeCommander.

As of v645 XE donor version, the bug has been fixed only for currently active tabs.
Example:
Left pane, open tabs L1, L2, L3 (all with option "Lock folder tab - navigation to subfolders")
Right pane, tabs R1, R2, R3 (all with option "Lock folder tab - navigation to subfolders").
Every open tab has selected some SUBfolder of the locked folder.
When restarted, only the previously active tabs will remain in selected SUBfolder (for example, only L2 and R3). Selected folder in all other tabs will be reverted to original locked folder and previously selected subfolders will not be restored.

Donor version v650 still does not restore last folder position for all tabs with option "locked - navigation to subfolders", but only for tabs active at FreeCommander shutdown.
Please fix this bug, i find this feature very important. Thanks.
