650 - R-Click or Alt+Enter behaves like double click

When right clicking on a file or folder 650 behaves like you double-clicked it; now there is no way to display file or folder properties.

This also happens when doing Alt+Enter instead of right click.

NOT confirmed in 650 in Windows XP.
Right mouse click or Alt+Enter on a file or folder works fine.

I can't confirm it either (650, Vista 32), probably it's a non-FC issue, possibly some hotkey software, or other.
