F4 editor and multiple files selected

If I define an external editor using the parameter %ActivSel%
it works with one selected file but not with more.
Selecting 2 files for example opens the 2nd name but with empty content.

If I make a botton on the favorite toolbar ist works perfect independend of the number of selected files.

This happens with any editor I tried (PSpad, Notepad+++, EditpadLite7)

Using FCXE x64 build 653 donor

NOT Confirmed in FC XE 653 donor in Windows XP SP 3 Pro in Akelpad 4.8.7 (x86) editor defined as external editor using the parameter %ActivSel%. Works fine with ANY number of files.

Same happens with Notepad2, but I'm not sure it's FC's fault. I think it might be a question of what command line parameters Notepad2 accepts.

I tried this using Notepad++ (.c files) and NoteTab6 (.txt files) and it worked correctly.

It did not matter if I used the F4 key or the Editor Toolbar Icon.

It also worked with Word (.doc files) with Wordviewer and with Excel (.xls files) using Excelviewer.

I cannot confirm the problem!

A bit off-topic:

I have just noticed that if I select a folder or more, and press F4 then all the files in that folder are opened with my "default" editor (default = for which I put "*" in editor's filter)

If in that folder I have files with a extension for which I have definned another editor, still F4 opens all files with "default" editor.

I think this behavior might be useful when you want to open all files from more folders you select..., but I'm not sure this is not a inappropriate behavior of Freecomander.

I use version 695.
