Install plugins

I use 680 version. win7 (enterprise and Professional) serive pack 1.
After installing viewer plugins (F3 -> F9, but I think the same happens for archiver plugins) the relative paths from my favorite toolbars get messed up.
After restarting FC everything is fine though. This is not very annoying since I don't install plugins everyday
