686 pack file to archive (zip or 7z) doesn't ask anything

FC XE 686 on Windows XP SP3

If we try to pack any file to archive, where file with such a name already exist, there is no any request for overwrite

For example, we have archive "test.zip", that contains file "test.txt" and we try to pack in archive other file with the same name "test.txt" (in one panel we have C:\1\test.zip\test.txt navigated, in the other panel we we navigate to C:\2\test.txt and we copy that file to archive)

In pack dialog we see, that it is impossible to change the following options:
"For overwrite decision:" the only option is "Overwrite all"
Checkboxes "Overwrite hidden/system files" and "Overwrite read only items" are not available for change.

After we press "Run" button, file would be overwritten in archive without any requests. This is a potential vulnerability, especially if a large number of files is copied to archive (the user may not even realize that he rewrote a lot of information without any messages)
