FC version: FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 716 32-bit public beta
Windows: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
When application window is active and I hover mouse over FC file list window and scroll, the main application window deactivates. Even after clicking on files list, the window is still not active.
This is causing function keys (F1-F12) and most keyboard shortcuts not working.
I have to click actual application window, somewhere outside files list window to activate the whole FC window and to make function keys working.

Not confirmed for XE 2016 Build 723 64-bit donor
May be you have some other application in the background which grabs the focus all the time.

Maybe you have opened a viewer-window and slide it out of your screen?
Most shortcuts doesn't work in Viewer.
