In FreeCommander 724 (64 bit), the shortcuts don't work any more.
It just installed it on a new system (Win 10).
When I go to the shortcuts menu, there are no shortcuts defined (e.g. F5 for copy...).
Is there any possibility to restore the known shortcuts, e.g. importing a file with all shortcuts or something like that?

Editable shortcuts are saved in FreeCommander.shc file.

It would help if I had such a file with all shortcuts in it.joby_toss wrote:Editable shortcuts are saved in FreeCommander.shc file.

Find where FC saves its settings (Help->About) and check if FC has the necessary rights to access that folder.

I just assigned the shortcut CTRL+F, which works now.
See the attached files (before and after assigning the shortcut).

Try to backup settings folder, close FC, delete the FreeCommander.shc file and re-start FC, then check the shortcuts and add/change at least one, then restart FC.

Now it works again.Dreamer wrote:Try to backup settings folder, close FC, delete the FreeCommander.shc file and re-start FC, then check the shortcuts and add/change at least one, then restart FC.
And if I look into the new FreeCommander.shc file, now there is only one shortcut in the file (the one I added recently).
So maybe the problem was that there were lots of shortcuts in the file before?
