Multi Rename issues

- After opening (just opening) the extension drop down menu, "time stamp format" will show only "windows". This is also true when opening "case".

- when using filenames consist with numbers (such as Freecomander's ZIP file for the latest beta version) in conjunction with "case: first letter of each word uppercase", numbers disappears. e.g: fc_setup200806_333" will become Fc_Setup2.

- The time stamp option doesn't always work. with file name [n], file extension [d]_[e] and case "first letter of each word uppercase" and time stamp "dd.mm.yy" - date is not added in the preview screen.
