Multi rename "time stamp format" won't change on-the-fly. you must open / make a change in any of the other drop down menus (e.g. - "file name", file extension", "case") to see the correct date format. It is enough to just open any other drop down menu and you see the changes in the preview window.
The "times tamp format" drop down menu should take affect as soon as you select the format you want.

As of version 334, it is still doesn't work
if you are talking about future fix then i'll wait for the next release I check the BETA download site everyday.
