744 - shortcut start in folder problem

the shortcut of a program used to work the same way as windows explorer, if the start in folder of the shortcut is not defined (leaves as blank) , the default start in folder will be set as the current active folder.
however, version 744 will use the freecommander installation as the default start in folder instead of the current active folder where the shortcut saved.
