Renaming to upper/lower case does not work on USB-drive

To reproduce:

- Have a USB-drive with FAT32 partition
- Have a file abc.txt
- Rename it to ABC.txt
- Press Enter

Expected result:
File should be named ABC.txt afterwards

Actual result:
It is still abc.txt.

Workaround:
Rename the file to "xABC.txt" and delete the x in a second rename.

Problem does not show up on a fixed harddrive with NTFS file system.

Works as expected with Win7 using [784].

FAT32 is not case-sensitive, but case-preserving.
As long as there is no other file by that name, it should work as expected and shown in the video.

BTW, why did you switch to Win10 ? I did the same mistake when it was released, but as soon as I realized
Win10 is a privacy nightmare and after running into issues, disgusted by the design, I quickly went back to 7.

In my opinion MS-Soft did a lot of mistakes with W10. As long as Win7 is supported I believe there is no reason to upgrade, unless you like issues.
Win10 sucks big times, not convinced? Read yourself!

I'm not saying your issue is caused by Win10. As a matter of fact Win10 is still offered as a free upgrade for a reason. (subscription)
According to this report Win10 adoption is still unsurprisingly weak.
