747 - Splitter hot spot "buttons" issue

- enable the option "Hot spot visible" (Settings > View)
- click the right hotspot "button"
- double click hotspot button withing the red area (not the hotspot "buttons")
= hotspot "button" is not changed, right hotspot "button" is unavailable
If you move the splitter manually with the left button to about 50%, both splitter "buttons" are available (left and right).
