790-Context Menu 'New': No options displayed

While accessing files on mobile phone, right click in free space of panel brings up the context menu,
mouse hover over 'New' and the black triangle for menu options turns white, but options (sub-menu) not displayed
mouse click on context menu 'New' returns no feedback (dead link)
create new folder with shortcut key 'F7' functions properly (new folder created->displayed in panel window)
