796 - Erroneous icons appearing next to commands in drop-down menu

I maintain an extensively customized FCXE v796 64-bit donor setup on Win7 64-bit. Part of that setup includes a horizontal splitter bar with some custom icons. At the end of the splitter bar is the Favorite Tools button. The Favorite Tools button also has a drop-down menu, which includes 10 commands, including "Command Prompt..." and "Settings...".
For an unknown reason, to the left of "Command Prompt..." and "Settings..." are duplicate images of 2 of my custom icons, even though neither of those commands has a icon defined for it.
Looking at FCXE's .ini files, there is no reference for any icons for those commands. There appears to be an FCXE bug that is causing icons to appear to the left of those commands.
