799 BUG - close tab on doubleclick not working when clicked tab change to last active option is enabled

Build 799 x64

How to replicate:

Enable these settings above.
Clicking on the tab just switches to the last active.

Should it not have a delay setting in the UI here or grey one of the boxes out in the settings if one or the other is enabled?
