[799] Shift+Click sometimes acts like Ctrl+Click

When there are many files in a folder, selecting a file towards the top of the folder, then scrolling down using the pointing device (mouse) wheel, and then shift-clicking a file towards the middle of the folder will sometimes not select all the files between (and including) the two files. Instead, FCXE acts like ctrl+click was pressed.
This seems to be quite sporadic, and my attempts to reproduce this on-demand have been unsuccessful. At the same time, it has happened frequently enough, that I feel it is worth posting this report.
