BUG 800 - Adding a 2nd set to favourites breaks drag n' drop

I'm dragging to the NAS drive as you can see but it's getting copied to the folder: Invoices + Receipts Work below.
To replicate:
I'm dragging to the NAS drive as you can see but it's getting copied to the folder: Invoices + Receipts Work below.
To replicate:
- Open the favourites panel
- Shift+Ctrl+F to open the favourites editor.
- Edit favourites sets
- Add a 2nd set
- Apply the changes
- Then add a couple of folders to the new set
- You'll find that the behaviour below will then happen
