800 - Copy/Move with dialog goes to Desktop (when using one panel layout and relative target)

FreeCommander Build 800 64-bit donor
Settings:
- Select Use FreeCommander for Copy/Move operations in Settings (F12)
- Select One Panel layout (F10)
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Select a folder, hit F5 or F6, clear the Target path in the dialog and select a relative path (eg. ..\ to copy into parent folder)
- Now FC always tries to copy the selected items to Desktop folder (asking you for admin rights), instead of copying to the given Target path
Note: When using Dual Panel layout or typing an absolute Target path this problem doesn't occur.
