816 - Locking the toolbar and them okaying the custom toolbar dialog unlocks it again

Steps to reproduce.

Lock the toolbars.
Right click and customize favourite toolbars, click OK.
Toolbars become unlocked again. (Setting doesn't stick from step 1)

This appears to be fixed in 817.

Can others confirm this please?

Thanks Marek, just I couldn't see it mentioned in the changelog.
