820 - Next/previous tab shortcuts broken when using some context menu options

To reproduce:
- use default settings (probably not needed)
- create 3 tabs for left and 3 tabs for right panel
- right click the first tab in the left panel and select "Copy tab to other panel" *
- press Ctrl+Tab or Shift+Ctrl+Tab to switch tabs
- it works good, on the right panel
- press Tab to switch to left panel
- press Ctrl+Tab or Shift+Ctrl+Tab to switch tabs
= it does not work at all (also second custom shortcuts are broken)
It's the same on the right panel.
It's OK after FC restart, or if tab is closed with the middle mouse button click.
* It's broken also when using these options (only when using right button context menu):
- "Move tab to other panel"
- "Lock folder tab" (and other two lock options)
- "Properties..." and click OK
- "Close folder tab"
- "Close duplicate tabs"
- possibly some others too (but it's not broken when creating new tab or new file container tab)
FC 820 64-bit donor and 810a 32-bit public, Windows 10 1909.
