825 - Default action issue with multiple files

To reproduce:
- set AIMP as a default/associated program for mp3 files in Windows
- In Settings > Programs > Default action set for mp3 files default program foobar2000 (for example) (%ActivSel%)
- select 1 mp3 file
- press Enter
- file is opened in foobar2000, correct
- select 2+ mp3 files
- press Enter
= files are opened in AIMP, not in foobar2000
Tested with FC 825 64-bit donor portable, Windows 10 64-bit 2004.
