I use dual panel layouts extensively and I guess I may be one of the few since this problem has existed since build 820. Build 819 was the last one to properly display saved layout tabs in the left panel of a dual panel layout. In 820 and later, tabs that are not locked do not display in the left panel when a saved layout is loaded. Here is how the layout looks in build 819. This is the portable version.



This is how the tabs look when recalling the same layout with build 820 to current build 832. The tabs that are not locked are missing. Recreating the tabs and saving under a later version does not solve the problem. Again, this is a dual panel layout and the problem is on the left panel. The right panel works as expected with the non-locked tabs displayed and a single panel layout works okay too.



The only current fix is to lock all the tabs. But since it once worked properly, I'm hoping it can again.

Could you send me your settings from the release 819?
