To reproduce:
- use default settings
- open Search window and move it next to FC window
- enable option "Stay on top"
- search for any files
- in results pane click to any file, e.g. txt
- press F3 to open it in internal viewer
- press Esc to close viewer
= main FC window is activated instead of Search window
It works good if option "Stay on top" is disabled.

The find window will stay on top, but as dreamer reported, the FC UI will become activated after closing viewer.
