840 - Minor - Add plugin dialog issue, if using Stay on top option in viewer

In viewer use stay on top option, open settings, tab plugins, add a new plugin, it's added, but dialog "The following plugins were added..." is invisible, not on top and it's impossible to move it, it's impossible to move settings dialog either, the only way is to press Esc key.
If you want to see the dialog, move the Configure viewer a bit left, so that right border will be in the middle of the screen, then add a plugin, dialog will be partly visible, it will be possible to move it too.
