Hi,
I have the operations queue set by default, and when I copy items I cannot cancel the operation as the option to do so is greyed out, as you can see in the supplied image. This also happens during deletions.

Running queue operation has an icon in the Windows taskbar.
Click the icon in the taskabr and then click Cancel in the dialog.
