Add an Apply button to all configuration dialogs

I'm just getting started with FreeCommander XE, and so far it's looking fantastic! I noticed that the Settings dialog and some of the other configuration dialogs have an Apply button, but some of them, such as the Define action toolbars, do not. Since it's faster and easier to change multiple settings or to experiment with different settings if you can apply them without clicking OK and thus closing the dialog, it would be a significant improvement if all of the configuration dialogs had an Apply button.
