1. press F10, save as Explorer layout
2. press F10, save as Dual layout
3. press ALT+1 / ALT+2

671 does not crash here on my machine, but FCXE behaves weird - you definitely found a bug.
(win10pro x64) - (latest FCXE x64 portable)

The same happens to me from version 669 to 671. So now I use 668.
There are a few bugs with layouts (ctrl+g) to be solved.
