don't see offered doner download

I received an email offering me a download of version 717 of XE 64. Upon visiting the URL of the email I do not see the promised download, only access to my original downloaded version 715. Please clarify.

The basic donation is always only for one download of the 64 bit version.
Currently it is the version “FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 715 64-bit donor”.
