Drives in Wrong Order

#1 Post by 23 Hugh » 30.11.2016, 19:09

Free Commander 715 Public:

Every PC I installed this on has the drives in the wrong order. I split the HDD into "C to J" and "H" comes up as the third one which is a little confusing. It was OK with the old Free Commander and I removed every vestige of that before installing this otherwise excellent new one.

Thank you for replying. I tried the beta versions and it's the same. Two PCs now, different HDDs and motherboards but same drive split. One drive is cloned from the other so it could be the lettering system it doesn't like. Things like Nomad and QDir are OK but XE is the best so I'll look for a version byond 715.
I wondered if I reinstall the old Free Commander and then XE on top if it would be happy.
