How to copy with created timestamp right?

Hi,
what i now try for 2h but somehow can't get it done is this. I want to (ideally) change the default settings that when i copy files and folders that the original timestamps are copied.

I tried with Files/Attributes Timestamp. there i:
1. Marked the original files, folders
2. under the tab move timestamp i chose move timestamp and picked "created"

but nothing changed in the target folder.

So maybe i am doing something wrong?

I would like to makes this like my default way of copying to take the original timestamps like created, modified when i copy files.
