883 Boarder color?!?

In v883, there is a new setting in `FreeCommander.ini` that references the color of one's boarder. Note that in English, there is a big difference between the color of one's boarder and the color of one's border! :lol:

The setting is called `FileListColorHeaderBoarder`.

I think boarders want the color too :).
Changed to border.
