Synchronize Folders Display Problem

In all versions of FreeCommander that I have tested starting with release 854 through 884, the Synchronize Folders operation displays a Blank Screen while the comparison of the folders is running in the background.

For folders with many sub-folders and many files (2,000 to 8,000 files) the blank screen appears to be stuck for 3 to 10 seconds.

Going back to Release 849, this same operation displays the folder compare screen with the counter in the status line showing the progress of the compare. This gives a better feeling that the compare is NOT stuck, like (Not Responding).

Please bring back the display function of release 849.

You mean that this happens after clicking "Compare" button?
8000 files is not much.
What options are you using in the synchronize dialog?

I have been running with all options selected except "Activate Profiles Tab First".

When I un-select "Auto compare on Profile change or Dialog open" all works correctly.

I guess that with the auto compare the program forgets to write the display page to the window.

I will stop using auto compare until this problem is fixed.
