Rename files: Auto-focus "Search For"?

Hey,
maybe this is already possible and I just haven't found it, but - whenever I'm using multiple files, I'm usually doing a search+replace on file names.
Is there a way to auto-focus the search box (other than triple TAB press)? I'd much rather press shift+TAB three times if I don't want to replace, which happens much less often - at least for multiple files.
