894 - Multipe files are not always opened in their associated programs

To reproduce:
- for txt files set PSPad
- in FC - Settings - Programs - Default action set for *.pdf program SumatraPDF.exe
- check the checkbox for this filter
- OK
- select 2 txt files and 2 pdf files
- focus txt file
- press Enter
= 2 txt files are opened in PSPad in 2 tabs, 2 pdf files are opened in SumatraPDF in 2 tabs = correct
- in SumatraPDF close all tab, then exit the program
- in FC select 2 txt files and 2 pdf files
- focus pdf file
- press Enter
= 2 txt files and 2 pdf files are opened in SumatraPDF in 4 tabs = wrong

If not using the option "Default action" for pdf and associated program for pdf in OS is SumatraPDF, it works good in both cases, it's broken only if using "Default action" and only if pdf file is focused while opening with Enter.
