Icon problem in 911 and 912

I have read all the preceding posts relating to work-arounds.

In my case I am missing folder icons only in the Favourites menu, whether this is selected on the Menu bar, Address bar icon or Favourites icon I have pinned on the central splitter

I am using portable versions and have retained earlier versions i.e 908, 910 The icons were showing in 908 and 910, but disappeared in 911 and 912. I am using "White Default" colour scheme.

I have gone back to 910 in the interim but as I have said I cannot get any folder icons on the Favourite menu except when Favourites tree is used, then the icons appear.
