Backup FC XE Settings?

Is there a way to backup the FC XE settings so that when it crashes and erases them I can restore them?

The main settings are in the freecommander.ini.
The location of the freecommander.ini you can find under Help->Info.
From the folder backup *.ini and *.shc.

What about place all the settings file into a single subfolder "Settings", then it would be clear for all users, it would be easier to backup.
