64-bit FreeCommander XE install

I'm considering becoming a donor. I currently have 32-bit FreeCommander XE installed on 5 computers (4 desktops and a laptop) and have 2 questions:

1- Will the 64-bit version automatically pick up all my 32-bit custom settings?

2- May I install the 64-bit version on all 5 systems with one donor membership?
