Customize Favorite Toolbars should be opened with focus on an entry chosen by user with pointer

When a user clicks Right Mouse Button on an icon from one of the Favorite Toolbars and chooses option >>Customize Favorite Toolbars...<<, then the Define Favorite Toolbars window opens with automatically chosen proper Toolbar as chosen one. And this is useful
But what would be even more time saving is if also the focus would / highlight be automatically applied to the very item on which a user executed such click
It is simply annoying and counterproductive to have to search manually for the icon which a moment ago was pin-pointed - especially that icons on Favorite Toolbars are presented horizontally [in a row] while in Define Favorite Toolbars icon are shown vertically [as a column], which does not help in quick finding of shortuct that a user want to somehow change
