Thanks Alex, but I need a "mouse only" shortcut - and in the internal (default) viewer. Ctrl+MWheel needs two hands, I use such shortcuts in my image viewer (XnView):

right button+wheel - zoom
and...
wheel - previous/next image
right button+left button - fit image to window
right button+middle button - lock zoom

I have more suggestions, so I'll edit the first post - I'll add the new requests there.

BTW I tried few plugins, but I can't find anything for me, internal viewer is also much faster then plugins, but if you know any with the features from the first post, please let me know. :)

I also talk about internal Viewer (it's based on ATViewer).

I can add the left button + MWheel shortcut = zoom.
Not sure about right button + ..., right button release activates the right-click menu, so it's harder to do than with left button.

Yes, I know.

I know, there are two fullscreen modes in XnView and it's working good in one mode only, in one web browser it's working good too. Perhaps you could add both shortcuts left b.+wheel and right b.+wheel, as in XnView, for the same reason. Then you could try to improve it in the future...

If you'd add that, also left+right (and right+left) button to fit in would be nice, to "reset" view.

Maybe Imagine has this feature..[/quote]
There is just wheel, ctrl+wheel and shift+wheel, but thanks. I tried all those plugins, but they don't know "true mouse shortcuts" - and they are so useful...

Most important features for me are:

- wheel - previous/next image/file
- right button* + wheel - zoom
- right button + left button** - fit in

* or left button
** or/and vice versa

Edit: I see the conflict :( images vs. text files, wheel should scroll page for texts, but also switch images. I'll start the new suggestion.

OK (but again: right click release calls right-click menu, so right b.+* is harder to do).
I tried all those plugins, but they don't know
well I suggest to write to nyam (Imagine author).

OK, I'll try.

BTW I just tried to assign a new shortcut for "next file" in Imagine, but it's not working, there is a conflict with default Internal viewer shortcut. I tried also to remove the shortcut in internal viewer, but Imagine shortcut doesn't work at all. :(

I can confirm that. Space/BkSp shortcuts in Imagine don't work.

Added to Viewer component:
Left button + wheel = zoom in Text and Image modes.
(not configurable)

Thanks, but could you add also right button+wheel please? I know the context menu will be shown then, it doesn't matter.

What wheel do in internal viewer / ATViewer? It doesn't work at all here.

I need to switch images and zoom with mouse only, zoom will be possible with the new feature, but what about (customizable?) "wheel to switch images/files"?

Perhaps just one option to swap these two options would solve the problem.

I can. Please ask Marek to add the "Fit image" toolbar button:
IMHO it is needed too...

Marek didn't update ATViewer yet.

But there is already "Fit in on window size", or you mean something else?

I know, my question was not clear. I mean, what it did before, it was without function? I have downloaded the new version of Universal viewer, but it looks a wheel doesn't work at all!? Or is it working only in PRO version??

Left button+wheel doesn't work either. :(

This must be added by Marek
OK.

Yes, sorry. I mean "Fit in on window size".
Is it not enough. You can change fit by mouse only.

wheel works in any version, and
left b.+wheel works in beta version.
(you need to focus the Viewer first)

Right, it's not enough, I miss "fit width and height". ;) BTW There are also customizable keyboard shortcuts, working - I use Numpad / and *, as in image viewers.

Still don't know what wheel should do - it doesn't work in "Universal Viewer (ATViewer) Free Version 2.5.0.1 (30 Sep 2007)". Previous/next file and + - zoom toolbar buttons work good. :?

So the wheel only scrolls the enlarged image, not useful for me, or is it customizable? I couldn't find any option to change it.

Left b.+wheel works good in beta version.
