Re: User\(Name) folder

If I have as Base Folder Desktop, I have my current user profile as an Item in the tree.
Is this what you want to have?

Re: How to search ONLY in .PDF files

I would put in to "File name:" *.pdf, so that only .pdf files are searched and in "containing text" the text you are searching.
Both are in the location tab of the search dialog.

Re: Not Operator in Filter of the Search files seems not to work.

Another thing I found with the Filter in the search window:
On the regular filter an expression like .doc;.xls would give you .doc and .xls files as a filter.
In the search window only one expression seems possible like if you do .doc;.xls nothing is shown.

The settings "keep filter on tab change" seems not to be stored.

When I activate "keep filter on tab change" close free commander and reopen it, the option will be still deactivated. In general other option are stored, but seemingly this one is not stored in the settings file. I also deleted my FreeCommander.ini to see, if this happens with the standard...

Re: FC 827-64 bit-Splitter bar - Copy and Move icons

Try the option "use big icons", if not already set.
When you do not set this, the symbols will not have the arrows.

Hello, Maybe there is already an option for this or no one else bother this, but when having many tabs open and I want to scroll to one tab on the left of my current tab, I would need to move the mouse first to the right and click as often on the left arrow as I needed and then move the mouse back t...

Re: Not Operator in Filter of the Search files seems not to work.

The Operator NOT \~ is working in quick filter box in main window but not in quick filter box in search window. But I don't know if it worked in older version. At least not for the last public version. Maybe it's not implemented because in search window there is an own tab for filtering (exclude fi...

Not Operator in Filter of the Search files seems not to work.

Hello, When having a search and try to use a filter with e.g. the character a is not included \~a all files will be not shown. If I do the same \~a in the file list with view details, the filter worked. I tested this with two files a.txt and b.txt in a folder. I think the issue was already in the pr...
